SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Please allow  4-6 business days to process & receive orders, some areas might take longer. Once item is shipped Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address provided with purchase. 

If items have not been received or lost please go to the USPS website and contact customer service office with tracking info.  www.usps.com

Due to fraud protection some orders will require adult signature when package arrive so please check emails.

we do not ship to P.O boxes, we have fast shipping so orders will be send out fedex or USPS  and some orders might  need a signature when the package arrive.

RETURNS:

All sales are Final on some items refunds are not issued for hair extensions, the extensions cannot be resold this is a hygiene concern so please make sure your order is correct before you make your purchase. If you order the wrong wig you can Email us and we will help take care of the issue.
